Gas Mask Boy
A new Banksy piece has surfaced for auction at Sotheby’s London on June 30, 2011. The signed original dated 2010 on reverse is titled Gas Mask Boy. The medium: Acrylic and spraypaintﾠstencil on canvas, in artist’s frame. Overall dimensions: 70 by 100cm.; 27 1/2 by 39 3/8 in. With an estimated price at 60,000 – 80,000 GBP ($97,000 – $130,000 US dollars), It will be interesting to see who ends up with what could be one of my favorite Banksy pieces to date.
